摘要 以不同浓度Na2SO4溶液分别处理2年生金露梅扦插苗,测定盐胁迫后金露梅叶片的各项生理生化指标。结果表明:随盐胁迫强度的增加,金露梅的高生长量以及叶片的肉质化程度、膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸含量均呈上升趋势;可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量呈先升后降趋势。研究证实膜透性、丙二醛及游离脯氨酸含量是金露梅3个重要的耐盐生理指标;可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白对轻度盐害具有调节作用,可作为金露梅耐盐性鉴定的参考指标。 Two-year-old Potentilla fruticosa steckling grown in pots were treated with different concentrations of Na2SO4 solution respectively. Changes in physiological and biochemical indicators of leaves associated with salt tolerance were investigated. The results showed that,with the increasing of salt-stress intension,height growth,leaf succulence,membrane permeability,malondialdehyde( MDA) and dissociative proline content of P. fruticosa increased gradually,soluble sugar and soluble protein content presented a low-high-low changing trend. This research confirmed that membrane permeability,MDA and dissociative proline were three important physiological indexes for salt tolerance in P. fruticosa,soluble sugar and soluble protein took a regulatory role with mild salt injury,so the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein should be the reference index of salt tolerance in P. fruticosa.
