淡竹增强空心刨花板抗压强度分析 被引量:5

摘要 研究了小径淡竹的上、中、下部增强空心刨花板所形成的竹木复合材料的抗压强度性能,并利用Minitab16.0对3组复合材料的抗压强度进行了统计分析。结果表明,受到竹秆尖削度和淡竹沿高度方向的力学性能差异的影响,上部淡竹增强材料的抗压强度平均值最小,标准差较大,其抗压强度较为符合Weibull分布;下部竹材增强材料的抗压强度最大,标准差较小;中部竹材增强材料的抗压强度次之,但是中、下部增强材料的抗压强度较为符合正态分布。3组增强材料抗压强度的累积分布曲线也表明,下部竹材增强材料的力学性能最优。 The compression strength of extruded particleboards reinforced by top,middle and bottom part of Hennon bamboo was studied. Minitab 16. 0 was used to analyze the compression strength of three groups of composites. The results showed that with the influence of taper and the different strength of the bamboo,the composite reinforced by the top part of bamboo had the lowest compression strength with the largest standard deviation. Its compression strength values followed the Weibull distribution. The composite reinforced by the bottom part of bamboo exhibited the highest compression strength with small standard deviation. The compression strength of composites reinforced by either bottom or middle part of bamboo follows the normal distribution. The cumulative distribution curves also showed that the composite reinforced by the bottom part of bamboo has the best mechanical performance.
