摘要
以微博社交网民群体为被试,研究了其集群行为执行意向的影响因素和作用路径。实证研究结果表明:微博网民集群行为执行意向与群体认同、情绪敏感度、社会网络、人际信任、心理安全感、社会规范和感知一致性显著正相关;群体认同对执行意向的直接效应大于心理安全感和人际信任对执行意向的直接效应;影响微博集群行为执行意向的4条主要路径为:微博社会网络→微博人际信任→行为执行意向,微博情绪敏感度→微博心理安全感→行为执行意向,微博群体认同→微博感知一致性→微博人际信任→行为执行意向,微博心理安全感→微博人际信任→行为执行意向。最后指出了研究启示和存在的局限性。
This paper mainly studies the influencing factors and pathways of the implementation intention of collective behavior based on the micro-blog users groups. The research results show that implementation intention had significant positive correlation with group identi-ty,emotional sensitivity,social networks,interpersonal trust,psychological safety,social norms,and perceived consistency;the direct effect that group identification has on the implementation intention is greater than the direct effect from psychological security and interpersonal trust;four main paths affect implementation intention of collective behavior:1) social network→interpersonal trust→implementation in-tentions;2) emotional sensitivity→ psychological safety→ implementation intentions;3) group identity→perceived consistency→inter-personal trust→ implementation intentions; 4 ) psychological safety→ interpersonal trust→ implementation intentions. Finally the study points out the implications and limitations.
