燃气表阀门参数自动检测系统研究

Study of Automatic Multi-parameter Detection System of the Valve of Gas Meter

为了提高燃气表阀门参数检测的效率,解决阀门行程不易测量的问题,设计了基于Lab VIEW数据采集卡虚拟仪器平台的燃气表阀门参数自动检测系统,实现了燃气表阀门参数的自动检测、数据处理与显示、结果保存等功能。实际应用结果表明,该装置能准确检测阀门参数,具有操作方便、结果直观、检测效率高等特点。

The plan based on the virtual instntment platform of LabVIEW data acquisition card was designed in order to improve the efficiency of the multi-parameter detection system of the valve of gas meter,and solve the problems of valve travel was not easy to measure ,also achieve the functions such as valve of gas meter＇s automatic multi-parameter detecting,processing and display the signals,and saving the results. Results of application indicates that this device can accurately detect the valve parameters,has the advantages such as handiness.visualize and efficient.
