摘要
为满足油田井下采油的使用要求,设计了潜油双定子泵.与以往的双定子泵相比,潜油双定子泵对进出油管道进行了重新布置.泵中流道转弯较多,用CFD技术对泵出油流道内的流场进行数值模拟分析.通过对压力图、速度图的分析,肯定了流道设计的合理性.在潜油双定子泵中,通过观察有关泵的泄露量的表格,了解到轴向泄漏是主要泄漏方式,然后设计了端面补偿结构,减小了泄露.
In order to meet the requirements of downhole oil production, a new double-stator pump was designed. Compared with previous double-stator pump, the pump conduits were changed. For a lot of flow turnings in the pump, the flow field of conduits was simulating analyzed with CFD technology. Through the analysis to the pressure and velocity diagram, the rationality of conduit design was confirmed. Based the observation of the form on the leakage, the axial leakage was designated as the main way of leakage. To reduce the leakage, a floating plate and a support ring were designed for constructing the end face compensation.
