摘要
对脱硫喷枪损毁原因进行分析,改进了枪体的结构设计,并通过对耐火浇注料的分析、改良,研制开发出抗热震性好、抗渣蚀性优良、烧结性能优良且适合脱硫工艺的脱硫用不定形耐火材料。结果表明,喷枪使用寿命由80次可提高至120次。
The design of the lance body structure has been improved through the analysis on the reason of the damaged desulphurization lance.The monolithic refractories has been developed and it fits desulfurization process.The monolithic refractories' s sintering property,as well as the corrosion resistance expressed fine.The monolithic refractories' s thermal shock resistance has been improved through its modified.The results shows that the desulphurization lance's life can be improved from 80 times to 120 times.
