摘要
2013年通过实地调查、种子Bt试纸检测、电话访问方式,共抽查40个植棉县(团)的195个品种(系)。结果表明:新疆抗虫棉种植面积呈明显的上升趋势,2012年转基因抗虫棉种植面积占植棉面积一半以上,抗虫棉种植比例平均已达52.5%,棉农种植抗虫棉意向强。针对目前抗虫棉种植现状、技术效果、技术需求,提出了新疆转基因抗虫棉种植应"加强种子市场监管、采取有针对性的循序渐进的方式逐渐放开种植限制和科学规划转基因抗虫棉发展目标"等建议。
At the beginning of 2013, The paper had a selective examination of 195 varieties （lines） from 40 counties which planting cotton by practice survey, seed Bt dipstick test, telephone interview. The results showed that： cotton acreage showed a rising trend in Xinjiang, transgenic insect resistant cotton area accounted for more than half of the cotton area in 2012, planting proportion of insect resistant cotton had reached an average of 52.5%, the cotton farmers had high growing intent. Aiming at the present situation, the technical effect, technical demand, this paper put forward the policy suggestions of Xinjiang,＂ strengthening seed market supervision, taking targeted a gradual way gradually liberalized and scientific planning of transgenic insect resistant cotton development goals＂ and so on.
