摘要
以医院信息系统(HIS)为基础,采用Struts2.0+ibatis+Spring框架技术,开发出基于MVC架构下的短信平台,实现了B/S模式的短信管理系统。该系统具有短信挂号、化验单通知、预约诊疗、服务满意度调查等功能。借助该系统,实现了医患及医院HIS信息系统的紧密联系,同时还解决了困扰医院多年的"三长一短"的问题,从而促进医院管理科学化、流程化,提高医疗质量,改善服务水平。
On the foundation of hospital information system （HIS）, short message service （SMS） platform is designed based on MVC structure and B/S mode by taking Struts 2.0＋ibatis＋Sping frame technique as an auxiliary. The system possesses the functions of SMS registration, laboratory sheet informed, diagnosis and treatment by ap-pointment, the survey of service satisfactory degree. It also realizes the close connection between doctor-patients and HIS system, and solve the problem of ＂three long and one short＂ which haunted the hospital for many years, conse-quently, to promote scientific and streamline management of hospital, improve medical quality and the quality of service.
