心理护理对宫颈癌患者生活质量的影响

Impact of Psychological Nursing on Life Quality of the Patients with Cervical Carcinoma

目的:观察心理护理对宫颈癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例,对照组在术后给予常规护理,观察组同时给予心理护理。结果:生理状况,社会、家庭状况,与医生关系,情感状况和功能状况评分观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。性生活满意率观察组为96.67%,对照组为80.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理可改善宫颈癌患者的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the influence of psychological nursing on life quality of the patients suffering from cervical carcinoma. Methods：Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, the control group were administered with routine care after the surgery and the observation group with psychological nursing at the same time. Results：The observation group was higher than the control group significantly in the scales of physiological state, social and family state, the connection with the doctor, emotional state and functional status （P〈0.05）. Sex satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%, higher than 80.00%of the control group with notable difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Psychological nursing could improve life quality of the patients suffering from cervical carcinoma.
