摘要
周蕾的《写在家国以外》一书,旨在探讨香港的主体性问题,其讨论虽有特定的问题意识和历史背景,但也相应地落入另一种中心主义。这种主义通过夸大香港的特殊性,发展出了一种补偿论述,并且因其"去历史化"的操作模式,形成了一种论述上的防御性机制。该机制的最大问题在于缺乏对自我立场的批评和审视。
Rey Chow＇s book, Writing Diaspora, aims to explore the question of Hong Kong subjectivity. Although this discussion has its problematic and specific historical background, it still sinks into another centrism which developes a compensation discourse by exaggerating the specificity of Hong Kong and forms a defensive institution because of its dehistoricization practice. And the biggest problem of the practice is lack of self-examination and criticism.
