摘要
从图书馆角度对互联网思维进行解读;利用互联网思维的用户至上、服务创新、大数据思维、用户体验等特点对图书借阅、业务办理等传统图书馆服务项目进行重新设计,并从设计思路、操作模式、设计优势三个方面进行论述。
Interpretation of internet thinking from library vision.Use of the internet thinking feature such as customer first,service innovation,big data and user experience,in order to redesign the service project of lending of books and traditional library service,And discuss the service project from design ideas,modes of operation and the advantages design.
