摘要
为获取集中载荷作用下三面围焊直角焊缝中正面焊缝长度方向上的应力最大值,对矩形连接板进行三角形区域划分,并利用等截面直杆和固定铰支座构建了其等效的受力变形模型.基于变形协调条件建立了集中载荷作用点处的力平衡方程,求解了等效直杆的作用力,推导给出了正面焊缝中应力最大值的解析式,并将预测模型给出的应力最大值与有限元计算结果进行了对比分析,当连接板长宽尺寸比例≥1而≤10时,二者吻合较好,说明了预测模型的有效性.
In order to get the maximum stress in the transverse part of the three-edge fillet weld bearing concentrated load,the rectangle steel board was divided into three regions with triangle,and equivalent force and deformation models were constructed using fixed support and straight bars with constant cross section.Based on the deformation compatibility condition,force equilibrium equations at the point of load were presented and the axial force in bar was given.Then,the analytic solution of maximum stress in the transverse weld was derived.The results given by the prediction model are in good agreement with that of finite element simulation when the length-width ratio is greater than or equal to 1but less than or equal to 10.It shows the prediction model proposed in this paper is valid.
