摘要
针对电站主汽温难控问题,尝试使用一种改进Smith补偿控制器,并应用多容惯性标准传递函数方法进行改进Smith补偿控制器的辅助控制器参数整定。结果表明:改进Smith补偿控制器用于电站锅炉主汽温控制是可行的并且比常规的PID控制在最优性和鲁棒性上优势明显;应用多容惯性标准传递函数方法进行辅助控制器参数整定是一种有效的易操作的参数整定方法。
Considering the problem that the power plant main steam temperature is hard to control, this paper tries to use an improved Smith compensation controller, and the multiple capacity process transfer function standard method for parameter tuning of secondary controller. The result show the application of improved Smith compensation controller for the power plant boiler main steam control is feasible, and there is obvious advantage on the optimality and robustness, compared to conventional PID control; application of multiple capacity process transfer function standard for secondary controller parameter tuning is an effective and easy-operated parameter tuning method.
