知识共享模式研究综述

Review of Researches on Knowledge Sharing Modes

从论文的发文量、时间分布、载文期刊分布、作者共现图谱、关键词共现图谱等方面,概述近10年知识共享模式方面的研究状况和成果。对现有的基于SECI模式的模式、基于不同主体之间的模式、借鉴和模仿其他学科得到的模式、以信息流传递为主的模式等4种模式的适用范围和存在不足进行分析。认为有必要在现有的理论基础上,整合心理学、管理学、信息科学等多个学科,构建出更加综合的共享模式。

The paper summarizes the research status and achievements of knowledge sharing modes in the past 10 years from such aspects of paper quantity, year distribution, source journal, author co-occurrence map, and keyword co-occurrence map. It analyzes the scope of application and shortcomings of existing 4 modes, SECI-based mode, subject-subject knowledge-sharing mode, mode from referencing and imitating other subjects, and information transfer-based mode. Then the paper thinks that it is necessary to base on existing theories and construct a more integrated knowledge-sharing mode by the integration of multi-subjects such as psychology, management science and information science.
