摘要
基于湖南中医药高等专科学校图书馆的实际情况,提出构建基于校园云平台的移动图书馆服务系统。对来自资源整合、软硬件技术、信息安全、传统服务、宣传推广等5个方面制约因素进行分析。提出加强与第三方及数据提供商的合作;加强软硬件投入,引进新技术;发展信息安全技术,建立健全法律法规;促进现代与传统互补;多途径、多手段宣传移动图书馆等对策,以克服当前存在的问题。
The paper analyzes practical applications in Hunan Traditional Chinese Medical College, proposes to build campus cloud-based mobile library service system. It analyzes restrictive factors of university mobile library service from five aspects of resources integration, software and hardware technology, information security, traditional service, propaganda and popularization. It puts forward countermeasures to overcome existing problems, including strengthening cooperation with third-party and data providers, enhancing software and hardware investment and bringing in new technologies, developing information security technology and perfecting laws and regulations, promoting complementation of modernity and tradition, and diversifying means of publicity.
