摘要
某型号直流断路器中原有的凸轮结构的驱动力过大。利用多体动力学软件ADAMS重新设计出一种新的凸轮形状,来减小电机驱动过大的问题。选择适合系统的凸轮机构类型并确定出从动件的运动规律,就可以利用反转法在ADAMS中计算出凸轮轮廓曲线。
The torque of original cam for a DC circuit breaker is too high. A new cam is designed by using Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System(ADAMS) to solve the problem. The suitable cam type is selected and the law of motion of follower is confirmed in this paper, and the camshaft is designed accurately in ADAMS by use of the method of reversal.
