新建"应用型"本科院校思想政治理论课应紧紧围绕学院转型期的特点,结合行业及地方经济文化发展的实际,着力于增强导向作用、强化人文通识价值、注重包容性发展和彰显新建本科院校"应用型"特色.为此,新建本科院校需要大力加强思政课师资队伍建设、创设融合开放的研究格局、强化实践教学、注重协同创新,促进理论教学和实践教学的有机融合.

With the expansion of China＇s higher education connotation-oriented development, the Ideological and Political Theory Course is facing huge challenge and opportunity in newly-built undergraduate colleges.
