心理护理对老年人白内障手术患者心理状态及生活质量的影响 被引量：21

摘要 目的探讨心理护理应用于白内障患者围手术期护理对患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法以2013年1月至2014年1月期间在我院接受白内障手术且抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均提示有抑郁或/和焦虑等不良情绪的40例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为普通护理组和心理护理组各20例。普通护理组采用临床常规方式进行护理;心理护理组在普通护理的基础上进行心理护理。分别于术前第1天和术后第3天采用SDS和SAS评价患者的心理状态;采用SF-36量表评价患者的生活质量。结果术前两组患者的心理状态及生活质量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术后心理状态和生活质量较治疗前有显著改善,但心理护理组患者的改善更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理有助于缓解白内障手术患者的不良情绪,显著改善患者的生活质量。
