摘要
设计了一种基于R2000芯片的4天线读写器模块,该模块符合ISO18000-6C等主流标准,其工作频率范围为860MHz^960MHz可调;如配备高增益天线,读写距离可达10m左右。本文基于ADS仿真软件对该模块的射频部分阻抗匹配特性进行仿真分析,通过仿真结果可以看出:射频模块各部分阻抗匹配,满足设计要求。最后通过频谱分析仪、网络分析仪对模块的输出频谱特性、阻抗参数进行实际测试,通过测试结果可以得到:阻抗参数满足设计要求,同时模块输出功率可达到28d Bm左右。结果表明:4天线读写器模块输出阻抗特性好、输出功率大,能很好地满足设计指标要求,有助于读写器等相关产品的开发。
A reader module with four antennas based on the R2000 chip is designed. This module conforms to the main Protocol such as ISO18000-6C and so on, the operating frequency range is 860MHz-960MHz and adjustable. The distance is 10m if the module is equipped with the high gain antenna. This paper analyses the RF characteristics of the impedance matching module based on ADS software. The result of the simulation shows that the impedance matching of RF module is well and meets the design requirements. Finally the spectral characteristics and the Impedance parameters are tested by spectrum analyzer and vector network analyzer, from the test results show that the transmission power can be about 28dBm, and impedance parameter meet the design requirements. The results show that: the reader module with four antennas has better performance, the output impedance characteristics and the output power can satisfy the design requirements, it can help to develop the RFID reader and the related products.
