摘要
先分析捣固装置升降控制电路原理,然后根据电液比例阀平稳换向提出的要求,对现有的控制方法进行改进,并应用matlab软件搭建电液比例阀控液压缸升降系统数学模型进行仿真研究,结果表明改进的捣固装置升降控制系统实现了控制性能的优化。
Tamping device lifting control circuit principle is analyzed in this paper firstly.Then according to the require-ments of electro-hydraulic proportional valve smooth commutation,to improve the existing control method,and the simula-tion research is made on the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve control cylinder lifting system with matlab software.Results show the improved tamping device lifting control system achieves the control performance opti-mization.
