先张法预制轨道板振捣技术研究

Research on Vibration Technology of the Pretensioning Prestressed Track Slab

附着式振捣是预制轨道板产品制造的主要工艺形式,生产中发现轨道板4个侧面容易出现气孔、粘皮、局部砂浆堆积等质量问题。研究试验表明:混凝土坍落度、振捣频率、振捣电机位置布局同质量问题有关,通过改进工艺、调整参数、质量评价等措施,改善了产品外观质量,消除了砂浆堆积现象,提高了产品综合品质。

Attached type vibrator is the main process form of prefabricated track slab manufacturing.However,quality problems like holes on the four sides,sticky skin,local mortar packing,were found in the production.Tests show that the concrete slump,vibration frequency,the position of vibrating motor are related to quality.By improving the process,adjus-ting the parameters,the quality evaluation and so on,the appearance quality of the products is improved,the mortar accu-mulation is eliminated,and the comprehensive quality of products is improved.
