摘要 介绍了材料的技术要求,分析了球墨铸铁中各元素的影响;采用低硅、低锰、低硫、低磷的优质生铁及纯净低合金废钢,通过采取合理设计化学成分、中频电炉熔炼、强化球化处理和孕育处理,热处理采用高温低温两段退火工艺等技术措施,满足了各项技术要求,实现了该类铸件的大批量生产。 The paper introduces the technical requirements of material and analyzes the influence of each element of nodu-lar cast iron.The measures proposed in the paper meet the technical requirements and achieve the mass production of this kind of castings.These measures include the low silicon,low manganese and low sulfur,low phosphorus high-quality pure iron and low alloy steel scrap and technical measures like reasonable chemical composition design,intermediate frequency electric furnace smelting,strengthening the spheroidizing and inoculation treatment,heat treatment measures such as high temperature and low temperature two-stage annealing process.
