摘要
通过分析丰山铜矿铜钼分离的药剂制度及存在问题,采用高效有机抑制剂D8替代常规抑制剂硫化钠并开展铜钼分离选矿小型试验。在不增加选矿成本的情况下,选钼回收率得到提高。采用试验推荐的选别方案可获得较好的经济与社会效益。
This article is about the small-scale beneficiation test of copper molybdenum separation by using effi- cient organic depressant D8 to replace the conventional depressant sodium sulfide. With an analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the copper molybdenum separation process in Fengshan Copper Mine, the test aims at improving recovery of molybdenum under the premise of not increasing the cost of the processing. The pro- cessing solution recommended can achieve good economic and social benefits.
