摘要
介绍了以铅冰铜特定工艺条件下的氧压浸出液为原料,用ZJ988溶剂萃取分离回收铜的试验研究。考察了不同有机相浓度、相比、混合时间的萃取和反萃效果,并进行了若干多级逆流试验。最终得出采用有机相浓度40%,相比O/A=3/1,五级逆流萃取方式可提取出原液中98.13%的铜。
This paper describes the experimental study of copper extraction using ZJ988 from the pressure leach- ing liquor of lead matte which was obtained under specific condition. The performance of extraction and stripping u- sing different concentrations of extractant, the ratios A/O, and mixing times are investigated, and the several multi- stage counter current extraction experiments were also carried out. Finally, it is concluded that 98.13% of copper can be extracted from the primary liquid by using the system of 40% extractant, O/A = 3:1 and adopting five-stage countercurrent extraction method.
