摘要
为了优化浓缩机中心驱动单元的结构,利用ANSYS对驱动单元的各个部件进行应力计算,通过计算对相应部件进行结构优化设计。分析结果表明,在保证结构满足刚度要求的前提下,优化后的驱动单元结构重量得到了减轻,这对机械设计过程中从设计上保证传动机构的工作条件,减少材料消耗以及降低生产成本有一定的指导意义。
In order to optimize the structure of thickener' s centre column drive, the stress force of each driver element's assembly is calculated using ANSYS. And then optimum structural design is taken to the corresponding assembly. Finally, the weight of the driver element optimized is lightened under ensured structural stiffness, which will provide guidance in insuring the operation of the driver element in design, reducing materials consumption and cost of production when we design machines.
