摘要
作为一种非接触式测量的超声波传感器检测,在工业生产中应用广泛,它具有测量范围大、精度高的优点。通过实例,论述一种应用超声波传感器在自动化生产线上实现精确测量加工及装配工件高度控制的设计及实现。
Ultrasonic sensor test, a noncontact measurement method extensively applied in industrial production, has advantages of wide measurement range and high precision. The article discusses design and realization of an ultrasonic sensor's accurate measuring and machining and altimetry control of assembly work-pieces on automatic production line.
