摘要
分别采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和充放电测试研究了磨碎碳纤维添加剂对阀控铅酸(VRLA)蓄电池低温性能的影响。结果表明,在正极铅膏中添加适量的碳纤维能够延长蓄电池的循环寿命,提高蓄电池的低温放电性能,但是会稍微减弱其低温充电接受能力。XRD图谱表明,碳纤维能够提高正极生板中Pb O的含量,并且减少熟板中的杂质。SEM图表明碳纤维能够细化正极板颗粒,并使其粒径分布更为均匀。
The effect of milled carbon fiber additive on the low-temperature performance of valve regulated lead-acid battery is investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and charge-discharge tests, respectively. The results show that a small amount of carbon fiber can improve the low-temperature discharge performance and cycle life of lead-acid batteries, but it reduces the low-temperature charge acceptance. XRD shows that carbon fiber can improve the amount of PbO in positive plates and reduce the amount of impurities in positive formed plates. SEM shows that the carbon fiber can reduce the size of particles of the positive plate, and makes its distribution more uniform.
