合理利用废铅膏提高铅蓄电池电化学性能 被引量:1

摘要 在铅酸蓄电池制造的涂板、淋酸等工序中会产生很多废铅膏泥,若不能合理利用,则造成原料浪费和污染。本文按不同比例将废铅膏加入到正极铅膏中,进行一系列电化学特性测试。结果表明,加入一定量的废铅膏可有效增大极板的活性比表面积,降低反应内阻,提高活性物质容量发挥。 During the paste and acid showering process, a lot of scrap materials involved the scrap lead paste were produced, which would cause raw material wasting and contamination without rational utilization. In this paper, positive lead paste mixed with different ratio scrap lead paste was researched, and a series of electrochemical characterization tests were studied. The results showed that a certain amount of scarp lead paste added into positive plate with could improve specific surface area, reduce reactive resistance and increase capacity of active materials effectively.
