公共治理视域下践行群众路线的路径选择

Path Selection of Public Governance: A Perspective of the Practice of the Mass Line

群众路线是我党的生命线和根本工作路线,也是党领导人民革命、建设和改革的经验总结。在建设社会主义和谐社会进程中,党和群众其实也是社会治理的两大主体。鉴于此,文章从公共治理的视野,探讨新时期群众路线的路径,提出要构建党(政府)与群众(社会)的互动关系,增强党员干部践行群众路线的活力;党群两大主体都要适应网络社会的新形势,提高网络素养,促进双向良性沟通。此外,要加强党的作风建设,密切党同人民群众的联系。

The mass line is the lifeline of our party and the experience summary of CPC that led the people in the revolution, social construction and reform. The Party and the masses are the main bodies of the mass line.In the process of building a harmonious socialist society, the Party and the masses are also actually the main bodies of social governance. In view of the above mentioned, this paper, from the perspective of public governance, explores the path of the mass line in the new period. It puts forward that interaction between the Party（government） and mass（society） should be encouraged, that Party members and cadres should vigorously implement the mass line, that the two main bodies must adapt themselves to the times of networks and improve their network awareness and knowledge to promote beneficial two-way communications. Furthermore, the Party should enhance its work style construction to keep close contact with the masses.
