摘要
为了保证六辊烫平机链的传动质量,减少和避免质量事故发生,根据可靠性设计理论,结合套筒滚子链传动的传统设计准则和方法,给出链传动可靠度计算公式;每两个辊之间传递动力的链轮齿数相差两个齿,相应的主动辊转速比从动辊转速略快,这样织物在熨烫时处于拉紧状态,能有效避免织物堆积、起褶,提高了熨烫质量。
According to the theory of reliability design, and by referring to the traditional design principles and methods of sleeve roller chain drive, this paper presents a formula for calculating the reliability of the chain drive in order to ensure the quality of the chain transmission in six roller ironing machine and reduce or avoid quality accidents. A two-tooth difference exists in the sprocket teeth transmitting power between every two rollers, and correspondingly the speed of driving rollers is slightly faster than that of driven ones. Consequently,fabric is in a state of tension when ironed, which can effectively avoid fabric accumulation and creases, thus the quality of the ironing being improved.
