摘要
介绍火电厂气力除灰的系统现状,设计开发了气力除灰节能控制系统,优化了气力除灰系统各输送单元的运行组合及工作过程,从而进一步降低了用气系统用气流量波动的随机性,提高了其用气过程的规律性,改善了现有气力除灰系统控制方式的控制性能低、能耗浪费严重的问题。
This paper first presents the status quo of the pneumatic ash removal system employed in thermal power plants, and then introduces the design and development of an energy-saving control system for pneumatic ash handling. The system has optimized the combination and the working process of the conveying units, so as to further reduce the random pneumatic flow fluctuation in the pneumatic system, improve the regularity of pneumatic process, and has solved the problems of poor control and energy waste in the present pneumatic ash handling system.
