文章通过实地调查以及走访等方式对中小生产型企业仓储作业管理的现状进行深入分析,以合理化仓储作业管理理论为指导,总结提炼其存在的问题,以期对中小生产型企业仓储作业管理提出合理优化的对策。

This paper based on the field investigation and visits, analyzes the development of warehousing management of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, rationalizes the warehousing operation management theory as the instruction, summarizes the existing problems with a view to small and medium-sized parts warehouse management production enterprise, present the countermeasures of optimization, which has certain guiding significance to the small and medium-sized production enterprises in the future storage problem solving and development.
