京津冀协同发展背景下保定市文化软实力提升路径创新研究

京津冀协同发展背景下,保定市文化软实力发展的宏观环境不断优化,文化产业不断发展,同时保定市文化软实力建设既有优势也有劣势。当前保定市文化软实力建设存在的问题包括竞争力不强、投入力度不够、营销和传播力度不够。创新保定市文化软实力提升路径,要深化交流合作、加强基础设施建设、大力发展文化产业、培育和扶植大型文化企业集团、全力打造城市文化品牌、提升文化传播能力、加强文化人才队伍建设。

Under the backdrop of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the general environment for the development of softcultural power in Baoding has been increasingly improved. The cultural industry has been constantly developing with both strengths and weaknesses. The problems for the construction of softcultural power mainly lie in its less competitive power, lack of investment and inadequate marketing. To promote softcultural power of Baoding, communications with other cities should be deepened, infrastructure construction strengthened, cultural industry fully developed, large cultural corporations nurtured. Besides, we need to spare no effort in building cultural brands, promoting cultural spread and strengthen the construction of cultural talent teams.
