摘要
目的:报告1例成人肾母细胞瘤,分析其临床特征,并结合文献复习,以提高对该疾病的认识及诊疗水平。方法:回顾性分析1例右肾占位性病变患者的临床资料,并检索美国国立图书馆(Pub Med)及国内中国(CNKI)数据库,复习100余篇相关文献。结果:本例行手术切除右肾肿瘤,并清扫腹膜后多发淋巴结。术后辅以放疗加化疗等综合治疗,随访2年未见肿瘤复发及转移。结论:早期发现、早期诊断、早期手术和术后根据病理分型和临床分期进行规范化综合治疗等,可明显提高治愈率并改善其预后。
Objective： To report 1 cases of adult wilms,tumor and undertook a literature review to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods： One case of adult wilms,tumor were reported. The Pub Med and CNKI databases were searched for 100 related articles. Results： The routine operation resection of the right kidney tumor. Radical operation and retroperitoneal multiple lymph node dissection were advised. Comprehensive treatment of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy after operation was administrated. Follow- up ranged 2 years. No recurrence and metastasis was observed. Conclusion： The early diagnosis and operation may improve recovery rate and prognosis of the adult Wilms,tumor.
