摘要
目的:探讨遂宁地区体表肿块细针穿刺细胞学的病理诊断特点。方法:回顾性分析病理科170患者体表肿块细针穿刺细胞学病理诊断结果。结果:体表肿块全身均可发生,但以头、面、颈部最为常见,总计132例(77.6%);病变性质以肿瘤性病变最多,总计81例(47.6%),并且病变性质成多样性。结论:细针穿刺细胞学检查对体表肿块的临床诊断及治疗具有重要的参考价值及意义。
Objective： To study the pathological diagnosis analysis on body surface mass fine needle aspiration in suining area. Methods： To analyze retrospectively pathological diagnosis results of body surface mass fine needle aspiration in 170 cases in pathology department. Results： Surface body mass can occur,but with the head,face,neck is the most common,totaling 132cases（ 77. 6%）; with neoplastic lesion was the most lesion,totaling 81 cases（ 47. 6%）,lesion was diversity. Conclusion： Fine needle puncture cytological examination for clinical diagnosis and treatment of body surface mass has important reference value and significance.
