全脑室血肿铸型引流术后护理分析

目的:探讨护理在侧脑室引流治疗全脑室血肿铸型的重要性。方法:对48例全脑室铸型血肿行侧脑室引流并辅以尿激酶脑室内注入,着重分析引流管的护理。结果:48例中痊愈31例,占64.6%;留有不全偏瘫者12例,占25.0%,死亡4例,占8.3%。结论:侧脑室引流并辅以尿激酶脑室内注入是一种安全、有效、简单的方法,加强术后脑室引流管的护理以及病情的观察是治疗成功的关键。

Objective： To investigate the importance of nurse in lateral ventricle drainage for total intraventricular hematoma cast. Methods： Forty- eight cases with total intraventricular hematoma cast were treated by lateral ventricle drainage and urate oxidase,to analyze the nurse of drainage tube. Results： In 48 cases,31 cases is recovered,accounting for 64. 6%; left incomplete paralysis of 12 cases,accounting for 25%,4 cases of death,accounting for 8. 3%. Conclusion： The lateral lateral ventricle drainage and urate oxidase is a safe,effective and simple way,can enhance the nurse of postoperative and disease observation is the key to success.
