摘要
本文介绍了OLED的显示原理以及PWM灰度显示的方法,提出一种自关闭PWM灰度控制方法来实现OLED的灰度显示。并用该方法进行方案设计,给出了其仿真结果并在FPGA上进行验证。该方法在一块20×20分辨率的绿色PM-OLED显示屏上进行实验,能实现16级灰度的显示。结果表明:与传统的用比较器来实现的方法相比,在灰度级和显示效果相同的情况下,该方法能有效地减小芯片的面积,提高芯片的性价比。
The principles of OLED display and methods of PWM grayscale display are introduced. A self-closing PWM grayscale control method is proposed to achieve the OLED gray-scale display. Based on the method, a design is made, and its simulation results are presented and verified on FPGA. An experiment is conducted on a green PM-OLED display of 20 × 20 resolution, which can achieve 16 gray-scale displays. The results show that compared with the conventional method using a comparator, the above method, in the case of the same gray-scale display, can effectively reduce the chip area and improve the performance-price ratio of the chip.
