金属材料工程专业实践教学改革与探索

Reform exploration and practice of practical activities for metallic materials engineering major

结合哈尔滨理工大学材料科学与工程学院金属材料工程专业特点,论述了实践教学,尤其是生产实习在人才培养中的重要性。通过对生产实习现状的分析和研究,阐述了目前生产实习中存在的主要问题。以金属材料工程专业为例,提出了生产实习精细化管理、校企合作、提高教师工程实践能力等改进措施。实践证明,教学效果良好。

The important of production practice was discussed in professional cultivation by the characteristics of metallic materials engineering major of Harbin University of Science and Technology. The principal questions existed in the production practice were stated by means of analysis and research to the current situation of the production practice. For metallic materials engineering an example, the improvement measures were proposed, as follows elaborating management to the production practice, cooperation between school and enterprise, improvement engineering practice ability of teachers. The measures were carried out and obtained pleased effects. It was an important referential significance for the production practice and professional cultivation to the technological universities similar majors.
