钢衬里壁板预拉伸成形装备设计及分析

摘要 钢采用顶升模架对钢衬里预拉伸,顶升拉力使壁板的拉伸应力接近其屈服强度,同时对壁板外侧实施周向和轴向加劲角钢焊接,保持壁板的曲率半径不变.为确保成形质量,对预拉伸成形装备进行参数化建模,并利用Ansys有限元软件对顶升模架进行静力学分析.结果表明,预拉伸成形装备结构模型及其参数设置合理,为优化设计和钢衬里壁板的建造质量提供了数据保证.钢衬里预拉伸成形理念的提出和实施,打破了传统的制造工艺,为核岛钢衬里建造工艺的新突破. Steel lining panel is pre-stretched using lifting frame,and the lifting force makes the tensile stress of the panels close to its yield strength. At the same time,the angle-iron along the circumferential and axial of the panel outside of the wall panel are welded to keep the radius of the wall. In order to ensure the forming quality,parametric modeling of the equpiment and static analysis of the lifting frame are conducted with Ansys finite element software. The results show that the pre-stretch forming equipment structure model and its parameters are rational assurance data and are provide for optimization design and construction quality of steel lining panels. The proposed and implemented concept of steel lining pre-stretch forming is a new breakthrough for nuclear steel lining construction process.
