中低品位混合磷矿石浮选试验初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 贵州某磷矿山a层磷矿石属硅钙质磷矿石,SiO2质量分数较高,MgO质量分数较低,P2O5品位也较低;b层磷矿石属白云质磷矿石,SiO2质量分数较低,P2O5品位较高,MgO质量分数也较高。在原矿性质分析的基础上,对a、b两层矿样的混合矿样进行浮选试验研究。在合适的磨矿细度下,采用"一粗一精一扫"的试验流程,原矿P2O5品位从27.38%得到有效提高,混合总精矿的P2O5品位达到32%以上,总回收率达到80%以上,精矿中MgO质量分数、SiO2质量分数得到降低。试验结果表明:通过合理的配矿方式进行中低品位混合磷矿石浮选,可以为低品位与复杂难处理磷矿资源的利用奠定技术基础。 The phosphate ore in Layer A in a phosphate mine , Guizhou belongs to silicon calcium phosphate ore. It is character- ized by lower contents of MgO, P2 05 and higher content of SiO2. The phosphate ore in Layer B belongs to dolomitic phos- phate ore and is characterized by lower content of SiOz, higher contents of P2O2 and MgO. Based on the analysis of the proper- ties of raw ore, by blending ores at a certain ratio of phosphate ores in Layer A and Layer B, flotation tests on the mixed rocks were conducted. Under the appropriate grinding fineness, by a- dopting the flotation flow of one roughing-one cleaning-one scav- enging, the Pz 05 grade of the concentrate increased effectively from the value of 27.38 %, the P2 O2 grade of the total mixed concentrate increased to above 32%, with its recovery reaching up to more than 80% and lower contents of MgO and SiO2 in the concentrate. Research results show that the flotation for mixed phosphate rocks with low and medium grade by ores blending can provide technical guidance for the utilization of low grade and re fraetory phosphate ores in phosphate mines in Guizhou.
