摘要
磨矿的主要参数有磨矿介质形状、级配、充填率、补加方案及磨矿矿浆质量分数等,对胶磷矿磨矿及产品质量与磨矿参数间关系的研究结果表明,磨矿参数对胶磷矿磨矿效率、粒级分布、浮选指标都有影响,通过试验找到了较优的磨矿参数条件,为有效提高磨矿生产率、改善磨矿产品粒度分布和浮选效果提供了依据。
The main parameters affecting grinding are grinding media shape, grading, filling rate, adding scheme and grinding concentration etc. The study on the relationship between the grinding parameters and the grinding of collophanite and the qual- ity of grinding products showed that the grinding parameters have an impact on the grinding effect, particle size distribution and flo- tation index of collophanite. The tests found an optimum grinding parameters conditions, which provide the basis to improve grind- ing productivity effectively and improve particle size distribution of the grinding products and improve flotation effect.
