口服降糖药物配合饮食治疗糖尿病血糖波动临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨口服降糖药物配合饮食治疗糖尿病血糖波动的临床疗效。方法:选取牡丹江医学院红旗医院在2012年9月—2013年9月收治的64例糖尿病血糖波动患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表分为联合组和对照组(各32例),对照组给予降糖药口服治疗,联合组在口服降糖药的基础上,配合饮食疗法,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗前的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb AIC)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平比较,差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的FBG、Hb AIC、TC、TG水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),联合组治疗后的FBG、Hb AIC、TC、TG水平均显著低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。联合组患者的治疗总有效率为90.6%,显著高于对照组的71.9%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病的临床治疗中,控制进食量、调整饮食结构联合降糖药物及运动疗法能增强血糖控制效果,改善病人生活质量。 【Objective】To investigate the clinical efficacy of oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with diet therapy on blood glucose fluctuations in the treatment of diabetes.【Method】Totally 64 cases of diabetes patients with blood glucose fluctuation from 2012 September to2013 September were chosen as the research object,and divided into combined group(32 cases) and control group(32 cases) using a random number table.The control group was given oral hypoglycemic agents and treatment group were given oral antidiabetic drugs combined with diet therapy,and compared effect of two treatment.【Result】Before treatment,the difference of FBG,Hb A1 C,TG,TC levels of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P 0.05).After treatment,FBG,Hb A1 C,TC,TG levels of two patients were decreased significantly(P 0.05).After treatment,FBG,Hb A1 C,TC,TG levels of combination group treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P 0.05).the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of patients in the combination group was 90.6%,which was significantly higher than the control group 71.9%.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P 0.05).【Conclusion】In the clinical treatment of diabetes mellitus,controling food intake and adjusting the diet,combined with drug exercise after a meal can enhance the effect of blood glucose control and improve the quality of life of patients.
