摘要
"石灰石滤床-石灰中和"处理工艺在酸洗废水处理中已广泛应用,其中石灰石滤床对系统运行的稳定性和处理效果起到关键作用。通过工程实践比较3种滤床设计方案,优化比选出一种具有自动排泥和滤料级配合理的石灰石滤床,采用优化设计后的石灰石滤床系统能将废水pH值从1-2稳定调节至5左右,并能同时有效去除废水中的Zn^2+、Ni^2+和PO4^3-等污染物,整个系统运行稳定,废水处理成本大幅降低。
Limestone filter bed-lime neutralization process has been widely used in the field of acid-washing wastewater treatment, and limestone filter bed plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of the system operation. According to the engineering practice, 3 kinds of filter bed design schemes were compared, and then, an optimum type of limestone filter bed with functions of automatic sludge removal and reasonable filter material grading was selected. The said optimally designed limestone filter bed system could steadily adjust the pH value of the wastewater to about 5 from 1-2, and meanwhile, effectively remove Zn^2+, Ni^2+, PO4^3- and some other contaminants from wastewater. The whole system operated steadily and the cost of wastewater treatment was reduced greatly.
