Factors on Knowledge Transfer Between Science and Technology Associations and SME:Theoretical and Empirical Study

针对影响科技社团与科技型中小企业之间的知识转移的"瓶颈"因素,加强实证领域的研究则成了二者知识转移研究的新方向。深入开展科技社团与中小企业之间的知识转移的研究,可为科技社团的培育与发展、监督与管理、破解科技型中小企业创新困境提供依据,同时,也为科技社团及科技中小企业的领导者和管理者研究双方的知识转移因素提供理论参考。

For ＂bottleneck＂factors affecting knowledge transfer between the science and technology associations and SME,taking part of Zhejiang SME as examples,through the establishment of knowledge transfer factors conceptual model,the paper proposes a series of assumptions,and analyzes both knowledge transfers manifestations and operation mechanism.It also makes an empirical research by the dynamics system model.Studies suggest that：asymmetric information,knowledge viscosity effect on knowledge transfer between science and technology associations and SME showed a significant negative correlation.There is a significant positive correlation between trust relationship of both sides,knowledge transfer capabilities of technological societies,knowledge absorption capacity of SMEs and knowledge transfer effects.
