摘要
利用粉煤灰与聚乙烯醇(PVA)制备复合调湿材料是对固体废弃物粉煤灰综合利用的一种新尝试。通过红外光谱选择粉煤灰表面改性的分散剂,并对分散剂进行定量;研磨改性粉煤灰浆料并与聚乙烯醇共混得到复合调湿材料,测其薄膜的吸湿性性能,分析了吸湿性能与不同相对湿度、吸附平衡及扩散等的可能机理。结果表明,粉煤灰/PVA复合薄膜材料的吸湿行为受相对湿度和薄膜厚度影响,相对湿度较大、薄膜较厚吸湿性越好。
The preparation of humidity controlling material based on fly ash and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and its properties were investigated in a new method for utilization of fly ash.The dispersion agents were compared and selected by FT-IR of modified fly ash and determined by the viscosity of its slurry.The film of the material was coated mixture with PVA solution and fly ash slurry on slide glass and tested in a chamber with analytical balance at a constant relative humidity.The adsorption equilibrium and water vapor diffusion in films were discussed on the absorption and desorption.The results showed the behavior of absorption was affected by the thickness of the film and the relative humidity around.The capacity of absorption became bigger with a thicker film in a higher relative humidity.
