摘要
采用微波加热法,以碳布作为模板,经过在空气中培烧去掉碳布,得到了布状TiO2薄膜结构。通过XRD分析,产物为金红石相;SEM分析,布状薄膜上的TiO2为纳米棒结构,直径为100nm以下。在紫外光照下的光电流密度是黑暗情况下的40倍(IUV/Idark=40),响应时间为2s,光电流衰减时间为5s,表明该结构具有很好的紫外光探测性能。
TiO2cloth films were synthesized from microwave heating route by using carbon cloth as efficiently sacrificial template,and then calcined in air ambient to wiped off the carbon cloth.Through XRD test,the phase structureof product was rutile phase.SEM results showed that the TiO2 were nanorods structure distributed on the films,and the diameters of the nanorods was under 100 nm.Illuminated by UV light,the current was found significantly enhanced,the IUV/Idark was about 40,a rise time was nearly 2s,and a decay time was 5s,which indicted that the TiO2 cloths structure had the excellent photodetection performance.
