摘要
用Hummers法合成氧化石墨烯(GO),再加入亚硫酸氢钠制得石墨烯凝胶(GNG),并应用于药物缓释领域。以咖啡因作为模型药物,探讨不同pH值条件下GNG对咖啡因的缓释效果。结果表明,GNG的吸水率约为140%,载药量约为1.5g/g,咖啡因在模拟胃液中的累积释放量较小且释放速率较慢,在模拟肠液中释放量较大且释放速率较快,体现了良好的pH敏感控制释放性能。
Graphene gel(GNG)was prepared by adding sodium hydrogen sulfite into graphene oxide(GO)which was synthetized by Hummers method,and then applied to drug sustained-release material.Caffeine was used as model medicine,and then the release behavior from GNG in different pH condition was research.It indicated that the water absorption was about 140% and the loading amount of drug was about 1.5g/g.In simulation test showed that the amount and rate of drug release from GNG was low in simulated gastric fluid,while it was high in simulated intestinal fluid.
