The paper introduced the development of domestic pulping and papermaking equipment in recent decade.Its technical level has been upgraded compared with that of ten years ago,but still there is a big gap compared with the up-to-date global level,domestic pulping and papermaking machinery industry has greatly contributed to the development of China＇ s paper industry.China＇ s pulping and papermaking machinery industry is facing challenge and opportunity today and for rather long term future,it still has bright prospects.The paper also pointed out that the development of China＇ s pulping and papermaking machinery should accommodate to structure adjustment and green development of the paper industry,key track and run after the international advanced level in order to rapidly and continuously upgrade its technical level.
