摘要
采用同步带传动、排气阀自动对中夹紧及阀座偏心销对中夹紧的创新设计,自行研发了DM系列磨阀机。该磨阀机的使用缩短了操作时间,提高了加工精度,满足了柴油机气阀密封失效的海上修复要求。
A new type of valve grinding machine features synchronous belt drive, automatic alignment and clamping of exhaust valves, alignment and clamping of valve seat eccentric pin was self-developed. The valve grinding machine shortens the operation time, enhances the machining precision, and could repair the diesel engine＇ s air valve on board to solve the sealing failures.
