摘要
针对270柴油机曲轴用钢采用德国材料牌号50Cr Mo4,对该钢进行了材料成分测定,原始组织检验和等温转变曲线、连续冷却转变曲线的分析,为热处理参数的选择提供了依据。通过8种方案进行小件工艺试验,检测了小件试样的力学性能和金相组织,从而筛选出合适的方案,最终得出270柴油机曲轴的最佳热处理工艺。
270 diesel engine' s crankshaft uses the German material 50CrMo4. Tests was carried out on the steel material composition, original microstructure was detected, and analysis of isothermal transformation curve and continuous cooling transformation curve was done for research, which provides references for the selection of heat treatment parameters. Samples were tested with eight different heat treatment programme, and the respective mechanical performance and microstructures were obtained. Based on the analysis results, the optimal scheme was selected and the best heat treatment process was discov- ered for 270 crankshafts.
